Heated private pool all year round, over 30°C, with saltwater, beach-style entry, and bubble bench. In August and January, the water temperature remains the same. Beyond the pool, there’s plenty to enjoy: a four-hole minigolf green, basketball court, and ping-pong table—all within the property and exclusively for your use, with no schedules or sharing: during your stay, you’re the only guests with access to the house, garden, and pool. There are also sun loungers, shaded areas, a barbecue, and a covered pergola for outdoor dining. Two adult bikes are available on request. In the garden, orange and lemon trees—when in season, you can pick the fruit yourselves. Free parking is available on the property. The house accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two rooms have twin beds that can be joined to make a double; the third has a fixed double bed. Let us know your preference when booking and we’ll have them ready for your arrival. The living room has a 1.35m sofa bed with a wide mattress for two. Cot available on request. Air conditioning and heating in every room. For remote work, there’s a desk in the living room and high-speed fiber internet. If you’re planning a longer work stay, let us know and we’ll adapt the workspace. Fully equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Quiet rural setting, village 500 meters away with supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. Train station 1 km away, Málaga city about 20 minutes by train. By car: Málaga 25 min, Torremolinos beaches 25 min, airport 20 min. Day trips: Caminito del Rey, Ronda, Mijas, Marbella.
